At MAYES COLLECTIVE, we aim to make ordering simple and delivery straightforward. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Important Delivery Notice
Due to Brexit trade rules and customs regulations, we are currently unable to send some products to Guernsey (GY) and Jersey (JE).
If you are ordering from the Republic of Ireland, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Placing an Order
All orders must be placed through our secure checkout. If you experience any issues, please use our contact form and we will be happy to assist. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Order Processing
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and aim to process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). In rare cases where delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Information
We offer free standard delivery to UK mainland on all eligible orders. Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days, while deliveries outside mainland UK may take 4–8 working days. Please refer to individual product pages for specific delivery times.
Delivery Charges
- UK Mainland: Free delivery
- Channel Islands: £25 delivery charge
- Northern Ireland: £50 delivery charge
Large & Heavy Items
Some larger items require a pre-arranged delivery. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided so the courier can contact you. Delivery is usually kerbside only, and items cannot be taken inside or assembled by the driver.
Room of Choice Delivery
Selected products may include a room of choice delivery service. Where available, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you may be eligible for a £5 voucher for your next order.

- Voucher valid for 3 months and can only be used once
